How quickly can you come out?
Most domestic jobs are booked within 5–10 days. Urgent gutter or commercial work can often be slotted in sooner — just ask.
Are you insured?
Yes. Capital Wash carries public liability insurance and we work to HSE guidance for working at height and chemical use.
Do I need to be in?
Not usually for exterior jobs — we just need access to an outside tap or we can bring our own water bowser. We send photos when we're done.
What if it rains?
Light rain is fine for most exterior work. For roof and chemical applications we'll reschedule at no cost if the weather isn't safe.
Do you offer fixed prices?
We publish 'from' prices to give you a clear range. Final quotes come after a quick look at photos — that way the price you're given is the price you pay.
